FHP Ltd was created in 2019 by Neil Higgins and Jess Peacock who have collectively over 30 years’ experience in both Temporary, Contract and Permanent staffing & resourcing across the UK.

We have extensive knowledge and experience in the sectors we operate and recruit within - to ensure we provide an ethical, honest, effective and trustworthy service.

We have long standing relationships with multi skilled candidates as well as clients and pride ourselves on effectively matching the two, to provide a cost effective and time efficient service.

Through the nature of the sectors & industries we operate in, we recruit across the length & breadth of the UK and we have built up a network of contacts and candidates within most areas; plus we have a database of workers who also travel and lodge when needed.

* At FHP, all of our workers are stringently vetted with a minimum two references.

* We hold all qualifications on file, all candidates hold a minimum CSCS and are fully eligible to work in the UK.

 

* Specific to the sectors we recruit within, we also check and provide copies of the required licences and
certificates needed to work on those specific sites (SMSTS, SSSTS, CP's, Person & Besc, EUSR, SCO's, SHEA Gas, etc)

* FHP offer the reassurance that all candidates have a proven track record working in their specific sectors.

* For Permanent Recruitment, we look to gain as much information from our clients for each role and attain the key drivers for job or career moves from our candidates.
