NPORS & Site Training Manager



We are looking to speak with an experienced Training Manager to lead internal training (All construction, specifically NPORS) and ensure the effective development of our workforce. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing training programmes as well as delivering training courses as required..

Duties

  • Deliver NPORS training and other In-House training projects courses.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes tailored to the needs of employees across various departments.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources to identify training needs and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices in training delivery and educational methodologies.

  • Present training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of engagement from participants.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.

  • Create resources on SharePoint for easy access to training materials by employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably within a corporate environment.

  • Qualified NPORS Trainer

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals or teams is highly desirable.

  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.

This is a Permanent role and you will be required to travel across the UK as site requires. (Expenses paid).
