Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Site Administrator to join our site based team in West Thurrock. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site by providing comprehensive administrative support.
This is an agency contract which we anticipate will run to March and you will be paid via an umbrella payroll scheme but the rate will be paid at a minimum of 45hours at £15.75ph to cover any umbrella costs.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry and clerical duties.
Assist in the organisation of site activities, meetings, and events.
Support the team with typing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
Ensure the office environment is well-organised and conducive to productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations across the site.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar environment.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with team members and external contacts.
Competent in the use of Microsoft software.
