Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer

FHP are seeking a Site Engineer for a long term project in the Bedford area. The ideal candidate will have experience in HV Engineering, Setting out within substation compounds, National Grid works & Quality checks on site.

Duties: -Setting out of the site to a good standard - following projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard - Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors on site - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication throughout the project - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any issues that need to be addressed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of health and safety regulations If you meet the above requirements and are looking for an exciting opportunity please apply today!
