Frances-Higgins Projects are looking to recruit an SSE Cat 3 authorised Mechanical fitter for 12 months + work in the Oxford area.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fitter to assist in various substation installation projects.
We are looking for Mechanical Fitters specifically experienced in the installation/modifications of UK Substations. Experience with GIS/AIS switch gear, Earthing, Protection & Control and LVAC systems would be highly beneficial.
These projects are specifically working within SSE Compounds, so an SSE CAT 3 authorisation is essential to be able to work on site.
Rates are negotiable dependant on experience/tickets held and employment type (self employed/perm).
